PLP’s New RAPTOR PROTECTOR™, Protects Birds from Power Line Hazards

Preformed Line Products (PLP), an international designer and manufacturer of products for energy transmission and distribution introduces the RAPTOR PROTECTOR™, their newest wildlife protection device.

The easy-to-install design consists of a one piece insulator cover-up which protects large birds from phase to phase, or phase to ground electrocution. Constructed of sturdy polyethylene, it fits single or double tangent line construction.
