Preformed Line Products Welcomes Dulmison Customers

As previously announced, Preformed Line Products (PLP) has completed its acquisition of the Dulmison business from Tyco Electronics effective December 18, 2009. We have been working very closely with Tyco Electronics over the last several months to ensure that this transition will be seamless for you and the entire PLP/Dulmison customer base.

We wanted to take this opportunity to communicate plans, key points of contact and important information as we integrate Dulmison's products and operations into PLP.

Below you will find a summary that provides details on how business will be transacted going forward and your primary points of contact for Dulmison related product and sales inquiries.

PLP operates out of three primary manufacturing locations in the U.S. (North Carolina, Arkansas and New Mexico) supported by 12 strategically-located operations around the world. With the addition of Dulmison, PLP is now positioned to offer the most comprehensive product line in the industry with technical and field support located where you need it, when you need it.
